Payroll

Managing payroll can be challenging with complex regulations and multi-state filings. Our payroll services streamline the process to ensure timely payroll processing and full compliance with tax laws. Payroll Accounting is built into select monthly plans, and our Full-Service Payroll package can be added to any plan for a fee. 

 

We recommend Gusto as our preferred payroll processor due to its seamless integration and excellent customer service. However, we also support other top payroll solutions like ADP, Sure Payroll, and Intuit Payroll.

 

We process payroll on your preferred schedule, ensuring that records are always up to date, and payroll tax payments are on time and accurate. For those not on our Full-Service plan, we’ll prepare the necessary journal entries for financial reporting. Support for payroll corrections is also available on an as-needed basis for an additional hourly fee.

Full Service Payroll

We manage employee onboarding, payroll processing, payroll tax payments, 401K integration, and W-2 handling.

Payroll Accounting

We ensure accurate payroll data entry into your financial records and review payroll tax payments for compliance.

Contractor Payments & 1099 Processing

We track contractor payments, manage W-9 forms, and issue 1099s annually.

  • To get started, we will require access to your QuickBooks file and, ideally, a trial balance from your CPA for the previous filing year. Our tested methodology ensures we thoroughly identify and document issues, which will be compiled into a report for your records. We’ll discuss the clean-up process, the time required, and provide you with an estimate. We will coordinate with your CPA as needed throughout the clean-up.

  • On average, our diagnostic report costs between $300 and $500. Clean-up services generally range from $400 to $1000, depending on the severity of the bookkeeping issues. Each case is unique.

  • The timeline can vary from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the complexity and depth of the bookkeeping issues.

  • 
No, not every client requires this service. It depends on the condition of the client’s books and how they were referred. However, some errors can be hidden, so a thorough diagnosis is often beneficial.
