A Note from Rachel, the Founder
I’m Rachel Bennett, the founder and CEO of Divine Accounting Solutions. Growing up in a small town in a family of tradespeople and secretaries, I learned the value of hard work and commitment. But I always felt the pull to explore beyond the familiar. After spending 11 years traveling and living in southern Colorado, I returned to North Carolina.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a variety of businesses and nonprofits in house and as a third party. I’ve worked extensively with QuickBooks, using the software since its early design. I’ve managed small and medium-sized businesses, served on nonprofit teams and boards, and even co-owned and sold a local kombucha brewing company.
When I’m not working, I find balance by baking sweet treats, hitting the gym, and hiking the trails with my dog, Maya. Asheville offers the perfect backdrop for adventure and work-life harmony, and I’m passionate about bringing that same balance to the businesses I serve—all across the country.

Established in 2022, Divine Accounting Solutions focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with its clients, with mutual respect at the heart of everything we do. To earn that respect, we hold ourselves accountable by delivering high-quality work and staying true to our commitments. Transparency is key—we value open and honest communication in every aspect of our work.
Our process is simple; it’s designed to meet you where you are and help you grow. It starts with a discovery call, where we talk through your concerns and objectives. From there, we present three tiers of solutions so you can choose the best option for your business now and as it grows. Then we formalize our working agreement and the onboarding process and partnership begins!

Schedule a discovery call where we may learn more about your business and needs.
Review
Quote
We will provide you with a quote for the services discussed during our call. Pick the option that best suits your needs.
Sign the Agreement
A formal contract will be issued with the agreed upon service offering. Once that's signed, we're ready to start onboarding!
Customer Onboarding
A checklist will be issued outlining the points of access we need to proceed. Once all access is received, we'll get to work!
